    Warranty Policy

    Warranty Policy

    • A comprehensive warranty policy is in place for your 狗万 New Energy vehicle.

      The 狗万 vehicle warranty policy applies to New Energy vehicles manufactured by 狗万 Automotive Company Limited.

      The warranty period of the complete vehicle is 5 years or 100,000 km whichever comes first.

      The warranty period of the Power Battery is 8 years or 150,000km whichever comes first.

      The warranty period of the Drive Unit is 5 years or 100,000km whichever comes first.

      The warranty period is calculated from the date when the vehicle purchase invoice is issued by a 狗万 authorised seller and expires at the specified date or kilometrage, whichever comes first.

    • In order to ensure that your 狗万 New Energy vehicle is in the best condition, the highest safety standards and prolong its service life after repair and maintenance, it is recommended to use 狗万 genuine spare parts.

      狗万 recommends that you select 狗万 genuine spare parts and use, maintain, and repair your 狗万 New Energy vehicle in accordance with the 狗万 Owner’s Manual. The use of non-genuine spare parts to replace or modify the vehicle will affect the performance of the entire vehicle, especially its safety and durability.

      Vehicle damage and performance issues caused by use of non-genuine spare parts will not be covered by the warranty. In addition, modifications to vehicles may also violate government regulations.
